The TMZ – Trail Mãos do Zêzere is a trail running event scheduled for July 12, 2026, in the municipality of Tomar, Portugal. It features two competitive races: a 13 km minitrail and a 22 km trail, along with a 13 km walk.

Participation in the competitive races is open to athletes aged 18 and over, while the walk allows minors accompanied by an adult tutor. The event takes place in the natural setting between the Serra d’Aire and Serra da Lousã, offering scenic trails with views over the Castelo do Bode reservoir.

The race includes significant elevation gains (1000m for the 22 km trail and 350m for the 13 km minitrail) and promotes sustainability by minimizing environmental impact and encouraging responsible practices among participants.

The 14th Corrida das Areias is a running race taking place on July 12, 2026, in São Jacinto, Aveiro. The race covers approximately 12 km, mostly within the facilities of Regimento de Infantaria Nº10, including a stretch on the sandy Praia de São Jacinto, with start and finish at the Regimento de Infantaria Nº10.

The event is open to all individuals aged 18 or older, regardless of nationality, who meet the race regulations. Alongside the race, a solidarity walk will also be held simultaneously.
