The 3 Hours Resistance MTB Race – Santa Marinha will take place on May 30, 2026, at the Parque de Merendas de Remelhe, Barcelos. This mountain bike endurance event challenges participants to complete as many laps as possible on a 5.5 km closed circuit over three hours.

The race is open to all athletes aged 16 and over, including both federated and non-federated riders, with categories for solo riders, duos, and e-bikes. The course features a medium difficulty dirt trail in a mostly rural and wooded area, providing a competitive and adrenaline-filled atmosphere.

Participants must wear helmets and follow strict race rules, with electronic timing and official classifications by category. The event includes liquid and solid aid stations, showers, and a prize ceremony after the race.

The XIII BTT and Walk of the Celorico da Beira Firefighters will take place on May 31, 2026, in Celorico da Beira, Guarda. This event includes a 30 km mountain bike ride and a 10 km walk, both non-competitive and open to all registered participants.

The mountain bike route features medium to high difficulty over rural trails, paths, and municipal roads, with marked signage and support vehicles along the course. The walk follows the same general regulations as the bike ride.

The XVI Raid BTT SodiGás – Margens do Cávado is a mountain bike raid event taking place on May 31, 2026, starting and finishing at Praia Fluvial de Merelim S. Paio in Braga, Portugal. The event features a competitive 45 km raid and a non-competitive 25 km family ride, both traversing diverse trails and rural paths across several municipalities.

Open to all participants without physical limitations, the raid welcomes riders aged 18 and over for the 45 km race and from 14 years old for the family ride. The 14th edition of the 3-hour MTB Endurance Race “Engenho Novo” will take place on May 31, 2026, in Paços de Brandão, Portugal. This event is part of the Bike Challenge Resistências Terras De Santa Maria Championship and welcomes all individuals aged 15 and above, with no need for a cycling federation license.

Participants can compete in various categories including Juniors, Elite, Masters, and E-Bikes, with race durations ranging from 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the category. The race features a competitive atmosphere with individual and team classifications, including prizes for the top male, female, and E-Bike finishers, as well as the largest team.

The race starts at the entrance of Quinta do Engenho Novo in Paços de Brandão, with facilities including parking and showers available at the nearby GRIB premises. The event offers a challenging endurance format with a focus on mountain biking skills and strategy.
