Corrida Malapeira

The 2nd ISCPSI Solidarity Run is a running event taking place on May 16, 2026, in Lisbon, starting at Rua 1º de Maio in front of ISCPSI and finishing at Praça do Império – Belém. It features a competitive 10 km race and a non-competitive 3.5 km walk called the “Marcha dos Amigos.”

The event is open to the general public, ISCPSI cadets, students from public police and military higher education institutions, and security forces professionals. The 10 km race includes male and female categories by age groups, with prizes awarded to top finishers.

This solidarity event aims to raise funds for the “Amigas do Peito” association and promote social responsibility, sport practice, and interaction between cadets and the public.

The 3rd Grande Prémio de Atletismo Foz do Arelho is a road running event taking place on May 16, 2026, in Foz do Arelho, Caldas da Rainha. The main race covers a 10 km out-and-back course starting and finishing on Avenida do Mar near the Quiosque Amarelo and the sports area of Praia da Foz do Arelho.

There are two competitive races: the main 10 km race and a youth race with variable distances according to age groups. Additionally, a non-competitive 5 km walk is held in parallel. The event welcomes athletes across various age categories, including adapted athletics for athletes with disabilities.

The race atmosphere is community-oriented with support from local organizations and includes prize ceremonies. Facilities such as showers and refreshments are provided, enhancing the participant experience.

The Corrida Popular Correr Fermelã ACADOF is a running event taking place on May 16, 2026, in Fermelã. It features three distances: Kids Athletics, a Walk, and a Run, suitable for both professional and amateur athletes.

The courses combine asphalt and dirt paths, mostly flat with plenty of shade, allowing participants to enjoy the sunset during the event. The race welcomes a broad range of participants across different age categories.

The Cross Trail Solidário F.C. “Os Belenenses” is a trail running event taking place on May 16, 2026, in Marinha Grande, Leiria. The race features a single competitive trail of approximately 17 km, designed with easy progression and low elevation gain, making it ideal for beginners in trail running.

Open to all athletes aged 18 and over, whether federated or not, the event promotes fair play and respect for nature. The course runs mainly on trails, paths, and natural tracks, combining beauty and technical challenge with some toughness. The race starts and finishes at the club headquarters, with a supportive and organized atmosphere including a prize ceremony and a post-race dinner option.
