    Resistência da Madalena

    The II Troféu de Resistência BTT de Alenquer – Inter Freguesias is a mountain bike endurance race series held in various locations within the Alenquer municipality throughout 2026. The event includes multiple races with durations of 2 hours each, featuring courses between 4 km and 7 km.

    Open to all athletes aged 16 and above, both federated and non-federated, without the need for a sports license. The series includes categories for men and women across different age groups and e-bikes. The races take place on mostly dirt paths and single-tracks, offering a challenging off-road experience.

    The event is organized by the Municipality of Alenquer in partnership with local parishes and associations, aiming to promote mountain biking locally and foster community sports participation.

  • VILA DO CONDE PENEDA GERÊS EXTREME

    VILA DO CONDE PENEDA GERÊS EXTREME

    The Vila do Conde Peneda Gerês Extreme is a mountain bike adventure race taking place on July 10, 11, and 12, 2026. The event covers approximately 300 km with 8000 meters of elevation gain, starting in Vila do Conde and finishing back there after three stages.

    Open to all cyclists aged 19 and over, whether federated or not, participants can compete solo or in pairs. The race requires GPS navigation and includes both motorized and non-motorized mountain bikes, though motorized bikes do not count for classification.
