Event summary
The 26th Milha Concelhia in Athletics will take place on April 25, 2026, in Oliveira de Azeméis, featuring a 1,609-meter road race. This event gathers some of the best regional athletes competing in one of the shortest competitive road running distances.
The race includes multiple age categories from children born in 2013/2014 up to veterans over 50 years old, with adapted distances for younger participants. Participation is open to federated and non-federated athletes representing their local parishes, with free registration.
The event fosters community spirit by allowing unlimited athletes per parish and awarding points for team classification, alongside individual prizes and trophies for the top finishers and parishes.
