The Atlantic Cliff Adventure brings trail running back to Charneca, in the municipality of Cascais, with two competitive trail races and a non-competitive walk designed to showcase the area’s natural surroundings.<\/p>\n
Participants can choose between the 20 km Trail Long, the 10 km Trail Short or the 10 km Walk. Both trail races include electronic chip timing and official classifications, while the walk offers a more relaxed way to take part in the event without competitive pressure. All routes start from Uni\u00e3o Desportiva da Charneca.<\/p>\n
The programme welcomes runners looking for different levels of challenge, from the shorter 10 km trail to the more demanding 20 km course. The event also includes aid stations, first-aid support, insurance, an official T-shirt and prizes for overall, age-group and team performances.<\/p>\n
