The 5th Run and Walk for Diabetes will take place on November 14, 2026, in Coimbra, Portugal. This event features a competitive 5 km race, a non-competitive 5 km walk, and additional non-competitive races for youth: PTN ONE MILE (1600m) for ages 12 to 17 and KIDS RUN (300m) for ages 4 to 11.<\/p>\n

Open to all federated clubs, non-federated, and popular participants, with categories for men and women across various age groups. The event promotes healthy lifestyles in celebration of World Diabetes Day and offers a festive atmosphere by the scenic Mondego River at Pra\u00e7a da Can\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
