The S\u00e3o Silvestre Cidade de Ermesinde takes place on 1 December 2026, bringing runners and walkers to the streets of Ermesinde for an evening road event organised by the Junta de Freguesia de Ermesinde and the Municipality of Valongo.<\/span>The programme includes a competitive 10 km road race starting at 18:00 and a non-competitive 5 km walk starting at 18:05. Both events start and finish in front of the Junta de Freguesia de Ermesinde.<\/span>The 10 km race uses electronic chip timing and includes official classifications, while the 5 km walk is recreational and has no competitive ranking. Participants have a maximum of two hours to complete their event, and 10 km runners must reach the halfway point in under 60 minutes.<\/span>Registration includes a technical event T-shirt, finisher medal, race bib, insurance, partner offers and a final snack.
