The Regional Mountain Championship “Sobe e Desce” is a mountain running race taking place on September 27, 2026, in Queren\u00e7a \u2013 Loul\u00e9. The race covers a distance of 9 km with an elevation gain of 395 meters and a descent of 359 meters.<\/p>\n

The competition is open exclusively to athletes competing in the SUB23 (including SUB20), Senior, and Veteran categories. Participants must register in advance and comply with the event regulations. The race is held on a dirt road with climbs and descents, requiring good physical condition and self-management of effort.<\/p>\n
