The IV Trail Vale do Homem is a trail running event taking place on October 11, 2026, in the municipality of Vila Verde, Portugal. It offers three race options: a long trail of approximately 24 km, a short trail of approximately 14 km, and an 8 km walk.<\/p>\n

The event is open to participants aged 18 and over for the long and short trails, with younger participants allowed in the short trail with a responsible guardian. The walk is open to ages 2 to 90. The races feature medium to medium\/high difficulty terrain along river margins and mountain trails, with significant elevation changes.<\/p>\n
