The 5th Circuito Terras do Mundo\/Serra da Freita 2026 includes the Meia Maratona Zemou, a trail running race held on October 17, 2026, in Arouca, Portugal. This event features a 22 km distance with a significant elevation gain and loss of 2400 meters.<\/p>\n

The race is open to participants aged 15 and older who are physically and mentally prepared for challenging mountain trail conditions. It is the final race of a circuit that also includes two other trail races and three non-competitive walks.<\/p>\n
