The Transc\u00e1vado Slow Race\u00ae is a GPS-guided mountain bike event for leisure and adventure, held in two stages on October 3 and 4, 2026. The first stage covers approximately 70 km from Montalegre to Rio Caldo, with medium to high difficulty, and the second stage covers about 80 km from Rio Caldo to Esposende, with medium difficulty.<\/p>\n

The route follows rural paths, trails, and forest roads mainly along the C\u00e1vado River, crossing several municipalities and offering breathtaking mountain and valley landscapes.
