The Thryv HYROX Simulation is a competitive functional fitness event scheduled for September 5, 2026, at Timex Park in Charneca da Caparica, Almada, Portugal. This event features a format inspired by the official HYROX competition, combining running and eight functional training stations.<\/p>\n
