The 4th edition of A Encosta is a trail running event with obstacles, taking place on September 27, 2026, in Alcoba\u00e7a, Portugal. The race features a single lap of approximately 10 km through mixed trail and urban terrain, including various challenges along the route.<\/p>\n

Participants compete in pairs connected by a device on one upper limb, which must not be removed during the race. There are two competitive categories: A Encosta \u2013 Corrida em Duplas (competitive with penalties) and A Encosta \u2013 Corrida em Duplas Fun (non-penalized, with indicative timing). Additionally, there is a non-competitive 8 km walk passing through the challenge points.<\/p>\n
