The 4th C\u00f4deas Trail 2026 is a trail running event taking place on September 5, 2026, in Casal dos Claros, Coucinheira – Leiria. It features two competitive races: a Trail Sprint of approximately 19 km with medium difficulty and a Mini Trail of approximately 10 km with easy progression, suitable for beginners.<\/p>\n

The event also includes non-competitive activities such as a 10 km walk following the Mini Trail route and a Trail Kids race with distances of 500 m for Benjamins (6-10 years) and 1500 m for Infantis (11-13 years). Participants must be at least 18 years old for the main races, while minors can participate in the Trail Kids and walk with legal guardian consent.<\/p>\n

The race is organized by Unidos Runners with support from G.D.R.C. UNIDOS and will start and finish at the G.D.R.C. UNIDOS club.
