The 3rd Trail Ma\u00e7\u00e3 Bravo de Esmolfe will take place on October 11, 2026, in Esmolfe, Penalva do Castelo, Viseu. This trail running event offers three routes: a Long Trail of approximately 21 km with 700 m elevation gain, a Short Trail of approximately 15 km with 500 m elevation gain, and a 9 km walk with 200 m elevation gain.<\/p>\n

The event is open to participants aged 16 and over for the trail distances, while the walk has no age restrictions but minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Registration is done online with payment confirmation required. The event includes timing, personal accident insurance, and a finisher medal for trail participants.<\/p>\n
