The XIV Triatlo Jovem da Amora and VII Aquatlo da Amora will take place on Sunday, July 26, 2026, in the riverside area of Amora, Portugal. This event features a national youth triathlon championship with distances adapted to age groups, a super-sprint juvenile triathlon, and a sprint-distance aquathlon for licensed athletes and clubs.<\/p>\n

The triathlon distances vary by age category, from 50m swim, 1km bike, and 400m run for the youngest (Benjamins) to 350m swim, 8km bike, and 2km run for the oldest youth (Juvenis). The aquathlon includes a 750m swim and 5km run for various age groups up to 99 years old. Participation is open to youth born between 2011 and 2019 for the triathlon and licensed athletes for the aquathlon.<\/p>\n

The courses are held along the Tagus River with flat running routes and cycling on the riverside roads of Amora and Seixal.
