The Prime Hybrid Espinho Fitness Racing takes place on September 26, 2026, in Espinho, Aveiro District. This urban fitness racing competition combines running with high-intensity functional workout stations, creating a challenge that tests endurance, strength, resilience and overall fitness.<\/p>\n

Organized by Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Desportiva de Desempenho e Resili\u00eancia, the event is held in Pra\u00e7a Progresso and surrounding streets, offering a fully outdoor urban race experience. Participants complete eight running segments of 1 km each, interspersed with eight functional workout stations inspired by international fitness racing formats.<\/p>\n
