The Ecotur Skymarathon Porto Moniz is a mountain running event taking place on August 30, 2026, in Porto Moniz, Madeira. It features three competitive races: a 43 km Skymarathon with 2800 m elevation gain, a 22 km Skyrace with 1300 m elevation gain, and a 10 km Mini race with 300 m elevation gain.<\/p>\n

The races are open to participants aged 18 and over for the 43 km and 22 km distances, and from 15 years old for the 10 km race. The event challenges runners with mountainous terrain, including steep ascents and descents, rocky paths, levadas, and open areas with low vegetation, offering a demanding and scenic trail running experience.<\/p>\n
