The \u00c9vora Half Marathon returns on 21 and 22 November 2026 with a programme designed for runners, walkers and younger participants. Organised by the Municipality of \u00c9vora, the event brings together a 21.1 km Half Marathon, a 10 km race, a 5 km recreational walk and the Run Kids programme.<\/p>\n

Saturday is dedicated to younger runners, with Run Kids races from 300 metres to 1 km starting and finishing at Pra\u00e7a do Giraldo. On Sunday, the 5 km walk starts at 09:15, followed by the Half Marathon and 10 km race at 10:00. All three Sunday events start at the Aqueduto da \u00c1gua de Prata and finish at Pra\u00e7a do Giraldo.<\/p>\n

The Half Marathon and 10 km are competitive races with electronic chip timing and official classifications, while the walk and Run Kids are non-competitive and untimed. Aid stations are provided according to each distance, and medical assistance is available throughout the event.<\/p>\n

All participants receive a technical event T-shirt, while those who complete their event receive a participation medal. The programme also includes financial prizes in the Half Marathon and 10 km, along with an electronic participation diploma.<\/p>\n","organizer_description":"

A participation medal is awarded to participants who complete their respective event.<\/p>\n

Starting Blocks<\/strong>
The Half Marathon and 10 km use performance-based starting blocks. Supporting race results are required for the faster blocks.<\/p>\n

Prizes<\/strong>
Financial prizes are awarded in the Half Marathon and 10 km according to the overall classifications.<\/p>\n

The Half Marathon also awards prizes to the leading \u00c9vora athletes and medals to the first three athletes in the defined age categories.<\/p>\n

Registration Transfer<\/strong>
Registration may be transferred to another participant until 8 November 2026 by written request to the organisation.<\/p>\n
