UBI RUN “40 years UBI Edition” is a running event taking place on May 24, 2026, in Covilh\u00e3, Portugal. It is part of the celebrations for the 40th anniversary of the University of Beira Interior and is integrated into the “Covilh\u00e3 Desportiva 2026” week.<\/p>\n

The event offers several race categories for all ages, including a main 10 km race for juniors, seniors, and veterans, a 1-mile race for younger categories, and a 400 m race for kids. There is also a non-competitive 5 km run\/walk. Participation is open to federated and non-federated athletes as well as the general public.<\/p>\n

The race routes wind through urban streets of Covilh\u00e3, starting and finishing at Jardim das Artes, with 1 to 2 aid stations along the 10 km course. The event has a solidarity character, with all registration fees donated to local institutions.<\/p>\n","organizer_description":"
