The 39th edition of Eco Escalada – Serra do Mendro is a mountain running event taking place on June 4, 2026, in Vidigueira, Portugal. The main competitive race covers a 14 km trail with a challenging course that includes steep climbs to the Serra do Mendro summit and a return to Vidigueira.<\/p>\n

The event also features two walking routes of 5 km and approximately 10 km, as well as urban youth races. Participation is open to all, federated or not, with individual or collective entries accepted without distinction of gender or nationality.<\/p>\n

The race offers a festive atmosphere with multiple categories by age and gender, and includes trophies and monetary prizes for overall and category winners, as well as team classifications.<\/p>\n","organizer_description":"
