The Sunrise Trail Running Ferreira do Alentejo is a trail running event taking place on May 17, 2026, in Ferreira do Alentejo, Beja. It features three races: a 30 km Trail TL30K, a 15 km Trail Sprint TC15K, and a 10 km Caminhada C10K walk.<\/p>\n

The event is open to all participants, federated or not, with age limits depending on the race: 20+ for the 30 km, 18+ for the 15 km, and no age limit for the 10 km walk (minors must be accompanied by an adult). The competitive races are part of the CTBA – Circuito de Trail do Baixo Alentejo.<\/p>\n

The courses include rural and urban trails with natural terrain, avoiding paved roads except for access routes, and feature aid stations with solid and liquid supplies.
