Ondas Trail 2026 is a trail running and walking event taking place on May 31, 2026, in Marinha das Ondas, Figueira da Foz. The trail race covers a 13 km technical course through hills, valleys, old vineyards, rice fields, and historic railway lines, ending on a stunning beach.<\/p>\n

The trail race is open to athletes aged 18 and over, while the walking event is open to all ages from 6 years old, with minors under 18 requiring adult accompaniment.
