The VI Trail Monges de Cister takes place on October 18, 2026, in Alcoba\u00e7a, Leiria District. Organized by the Alcoba\u00e7a Volunteer Firefighters, the event aims to raise funds for the organization while promoting healthy lifestyles and outdoor sports.<\/p>\n

The event includes three participation options: a competitive 15 km Trail, a 10 km Hiking Route and the Monges Kids races for younger participants. The courses take place around the city of Alcoba\u00e7a and its surrounding natural areas, combining forest sections, uneven terrain and rural landscapes.<\/p>\n

Participants gather at the Alcoba\u00e7a Firefighters Headquarters before heading towards the Monastery of Alcoba\u00e7a, where the official timing of the Trail and Hiking events begins.<\/p>\n","organizer_description":"
