The Intermunicipal Cup 3H Resistance MTB is a mountain bike endurance race series held in 2026 across six events in various municipalities including Alenquer, Loures, Mafra, Oeiras, Amadora, and Lisbon. The final event takes place in Monsanto, Lisbon on October 25, 2026.<\/p>\n

The race features a 3-hour resistance format with courses approximately 4 to 7 km long, alongside juvenile MTB races with shorter circuits from 500 meters to 3 km depending on age categories. The competition is open to licensed and non-licensed amateur athletes aged 5 and above, with multiple age and gender categories, including e-Bikes.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Juvenile BTT: Sub-7 (Pupilos), Sub-9 (Benjamins), Sub-11 (Iniciados), Sub-13 (Infantis), Sub-15 (Juvenis) for both males and females
\n\u2022 3H Resistance MTB: Sub-17 (Cadetes), Sub-19 (Juniores), Sub-23, Elites, Master 30, Master 40, Master 50, Master 60 for both males and females
\n\u2022 E-Bikes: single category for males and females born before 2007 inclusive<\/p>\n

Start\/finish locations:<\/strong> Various municipalities including Alenquer, Loures, Mafra, Oeiras, Amadora, and Lisbon (Monsanto)<\/p>\n

Start times per category\/distance:<\/strong> Events start generally at 9:00 or 15:00 depending on location; Jamor event starts at 19:00<\/p>\n

Cut-off times:<\/strong> Maximum time to complete last lap is 30 minutes after the 3-hour race time<\/p>\n

Bib pick-up time and location:<\/strong> Bibs and electronic chips are distributed 2 hours before each event start at designated secretariat zones<\/p>\n
