You can <em>feel<\/em> it.<br>That one has better cadence.<br>That one captures \u201crunner\u2019s joy.\u201d<br>And that one? New profile picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No explanation needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3) The watch decides the mood of the day<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You finish the run feeling proud\u2026<br>\u2026and then your watch says: <strong>Unproductive.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And suddenly, your existential crisis begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We love our Garmins, Polars and Coros \u2014<br>but sometimes they could learn to say \u201cgood job, proud of you\u201d instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4) The post-run coffee is sacred<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Is it about caffeine?<br>Is it about recovery?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No.<br>It\u2019s about <em>ritual<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The warm cup, the tired legs, the feeling of earning your morning \u2014 no medal compares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5) After finishing a race, you immediately start searching for the next<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You cross the finish line saying:<br>\u201cNever again.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>One shower later:<\/em><br>\u201cOkay but what if I train properly this time\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And there you are:<br><strong>opening <a href=\"http:\/\/racefinder.pt\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"racefinder.pt\">racefinder.pt<\/a> \u2192 next challenge loading.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Because Running Is More Than Running<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s identity, community, joy, frustration, clarity, therapy, discipline and freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you saw yourself in at least one of these \u2014 you are a runner.<br>Speed doesn\u2019t matter.
